However, if any item in your order is non-compliant, damaged, or you have any other product issues, please contact us immediately.

Buyers must formally notify us of any product issues or damage within 30 days of receipt and confirmation of receipt. Once the goods have been successfully re-delivered to Aqbsulch, we will promptly refund the amount provided the order information matches the formally stated reason for rejection. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the buyer alters the delivery in any way without notifying Aqbsulch.

If the return is caused by the consumer, shipping costs are the consumer's responsibility, determined by the courier of your choice.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer is not responsible for any shipping costs incurred.
